Can I also install Wattcy myself (or have it installed)?
That is certainly possible. We are happy to share our knowledge with your technical department or (house) installer. Together, we ensure a perfectly functioning installation.
Why is a subscription required?
Wattcy does not rely on your WiFi or any fixed internet connection. Instead, it uses its own dedicated mobile network. This ensures maximum reliability and security. We recover the costs for the network and our cloud solution via a subscription.
Can I switch my subscription later?
Wattcy offers several subscription options. Discover that another subscription suits you better? Then upgrading or downgrading is arranged quickly and easily.
Do I need to install anything on my PC or laptop?
No. Wattcy is a cloud solution that you access via your web browser. All you need is a device with an internet connection to use Wattcy.
Can I try Wattcy on a trial basis?
Every connection or electrical distribution panel communicates directly with the Wattcy software. This makes getting started very easy and low-threshold. Want to start with just a few connections to experience the benefits of Wattcy? We’d be happy to arrange it!
Is Wattcy suitable for a mini-campsite?
Absolutely. Wattcy is also a great fit for a mini-camping site with a limited number of pitches. We don’t use central equipment but instead, every individual connection communicates directly with the Wattcy software. This makes Wattcy financially attractive even for smaller campsites.
Does Wattcy use my WiFi?
Wattcy does not use the WiFi network of your campsite, nor does it use your wired network. All data is transmitted directly to the software via a mobile network.
